Guardian tier subscribers can view connection times, playtime statistics, and session history for all whitelisted IPs on their account. Perfect for parents who want visibility into their kids' gameplay time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan anytime from the billing section of your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do I need Java or Bedrock Edition?
Minecraft Element runs on Bedrock Edition only. This includes Windows 10/11 (from Microsoft Store), iOS, Android, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. The Java Edition (PC/Mac from minecraft.net) is not compatible.
Can multiple people use the same account?
Each whitelisted IP can connect one player at a time. For families, the Adventurer plan with 5 IP slots is ideal—each family member can play from their own device simultaneously.
